New 108-Day Game Challenge ~ Details Here

Alright peeps, I'm going to embark on my third 108-day Game of Feeling Fabulous, and YOU are of course welcome to join me!!! Feel free to join me in experiencing how to influence your reality, its WAY COOL... So I've got a list of "simple" and fun habits that I ADORE practicing cuz of their SUPERPOWERS, and so it will of course be included, as well as some newer stuff to experiment with.
My Basic Scheduale for these days is as follows: MORNING ~ APPRECIATION GAME (1st thing in the morning, I'll do it before I leave my bed) I'm listing some nice things in my life, that I appreciate and I describe them in a short way writing down what my fave thing/s about it is. Then going through the list from the top to the bottom, as I feel the Blessings with my whole being :))) EVENING ~ INTENTION GAME This game is divided in FIVE parts and I'll do the one I feel most inclined to do, each evening right before bed. The Five parts are FUN, EASE, FLOW, PLAYFULNESS and APPRECIATION. And I will be sharing with you some additions to this GAME as we move along (aswell as other additions for the ones who want it). Anyhow, first up is to choose one of these five FEELINGS and ponder it before bed, as well as INTEND that this feeling will be the THEME of the nighttime and the following day. So, if I choose FUN to be my theme: I'll ask myself "how does FUN feel like, and how would my workday be like feeling FUN.." etc.. Pondering this, and Imagining for example having Fun dreams, Feel Fun during the morning, feel the Fun during ride to work, Feel the Fun during the day at work, Fun convos with friends/collegues, feeling of FUN as you pay bills/doing chores etc, . It doesn't have to be party, just the FEELING of FUN following along with EVERYTHING. I'll be writing this down too (just as the morning practice), for the feeling of FOCUSING on the deliciousness of it, even more. Then just before I fall asleep I will let this game go and let sleep take over and refresh me for the next day to come. Click HERE to read about some nice ways, and how to remind yourself. The Game Continues ~ Master Molder Of Reality :)))))

Oh My Source, I'm so excited about all the mindblowing results of this last "challenge" that I've been enjoying! This is currently my second 108-day "challenge" game, and TODAY I'm on day no.106!!!
And it feels kinda sad that it is near the end.. lol.. NO NOT REALLY,lol.. a new Game is up of course!!! WOOT WOOT!!! The Ball-Of-Fun-Flow continues to roll, and I'm just disguising it into a new Theme and continuing into My 3rd Round of 108 days! Feel Free to Join!!! And if 108 days would seem like "alot", feel free to do a 30day to get the feeling of it ~ it's your own game, you get to choose :))) Very excited about the new Game Theme coming up ~ I'll combine my recent favourite games and apply them during these next 108 days, starting right after this current one :))) Fun Is Up, Feeling So Freaking GOOD, The Universe is Playing with me and I'm in Sheer Delight :))) I'll play around with getting an even deeper TRUST in the Laws Of The Universe, on how to follow my Guidance in a more consistant way. Who Did You Pour Appreciation Over Lately - In Person?

I'm madly in love with Appreciation, any form of it :))) Been "using" it as a great feeling tool for quite awhile now, mostly writing about my days and life and people in my life. After starting doing this a few years ago, I'm finding myself to be compliment-prone and appreciative-prone..when it comes to almost ANYTHING. I can find something good about EVERYTHING now. Being able to find something that I genuinly appreciate about any and all situations or people etc is acutally making me feel AMAZING on an everyday basis. It feels like FREEDOM to be able to compliment from the heart, appreciate from the heart - it comes naturally and of course.. it is APPRECIATED by the ones around me too. Right now as a medical student I interact with alot of patients and teachers/tutors on a daily basis and it "generally" is kinda rare when a tutor or a student give eachother positive feedback, even though it's said over and over again to practice it. Last time I heard it in an info lecture where they stressed this - to always give feedback to the tutor after a one-on-one session and ask for feedback back.. the comments from the class was that "it would sound so cheezy" lol.. And I agree, it CAN, but ONLY if it doesn't come naturally. And doens't it feel really lovely when it comes naturally to appreciate something or someone, its a DELIGHT to genuinly appreciate!!! Ever since I began my personal appreciation practice I've ALWAYS given appreciation and positive feedback to my tutors! I'm never giving them a "what you could do better"-feedback to accompny the positive one. I'm ONLY giving the positive. Feels fabulous to do that. And it feels fabulous to know that everyone that gets uplifted, ALWAYS will get better at what they do ANYWAYS. No need to shine any light on the "less good". And a couple of days ago I got the pleasure to meet up with a recent tutor and POUR appreciation and positive feedback over him!!! I've had several really good tutors, and especially I've had good ones AFTER I started my personal appreciation practice. No coincidence since like attracts like, I'm attracting GREAT TUTORS. I've heard alot of "lucky you"'s about this, but really its all about Law Of Attraction. So, I had one of the best tutors yet very recently, and I made a long list of GREAT stuff he did/said etc - and I called him up (in combo with another thing we were discussing) and invited him to take part in it. Actually the list serves me too, as I'll begin to tutor people soon aswell. He was DELIGHTED over the idea and said that I could email him the list if I wanted, but that it would be most fun to meet in person. So we did. And as we sat there pondering all the GREAT stuff, he very naturally gave me a bunch of appreciation back :))) LIKE ATTRACTS LIKE. No wonder I felt inclined to share my list with him, so NATURALLY. He couldn't stop saying how GREAT it was what I had done, that he wanted to start doing this as a shortversion-appreciation-feedback with all his students at the end of each session - and asked me to let him copy the list I had written down. This guy is a very new Medical Doctor, yet he is very comfortable in his role AND a great tutor for us "on-the-brink-to-be-Doctors". LOVE being a Natural Appreciator - it feels DELICIOUS :))) Ps. How about some appreciation-feedback with your friends/kids/spouse/work-collegues.. making it a natural part of the relation... start some private practice and start feeling the DELICOUSNESS and the liberation it actually brings... very simple, yet so POWERFUL :))) Ps.2: Picture found on Google Images searching "Appreciating", check it out here :)))


Influence Of Thought

BAM!!! Had the most AWESOME evidence of how influencial a shift of thought-pattern is!!! Wooooohooooo!!!! ♥ Freaking Magical, LOOOOOVED IT ♥ On-purpose-change-of-outcome (though just changing the pattern of thought about the subject) is utter empowerment .. YUM :))) Ps. Thanks to my decision to emotionally pivot yesterday my reality changed (as happens everytime I do it.. LOVE My Experiment)


Emotional Pivoting

Oh My Source, I just pivoted big time.. from feeling kinda slow and bored.. (so it was "going superearly to bed" or making the "effort of aligning"..) ..so I gave it ago with alignment.. Did some changing of focus, and in a matter of minutes I went on to feeling GREAT and INSPIRED.. even started composing some new music and jammin big time... FREAKIN BAM!!! Thats some genuine EMPOWERMENT! Feeling good and energized has nothing to do with how much sleep you get, and I LOVE that!!! Its all about Alignment.. Yum! Oh, btw, tomorrow will be the 20th day IN A ROW, that I wake up before my alarm feeling rested (no matter how many hours of sleep I got) - and it was ON PURPOSE!!! 20 days in a row, on purpose..
