The Two Essentials To Believing In Your Dreams Come True

Several similar questions have come up lately so I'd want to give a general answer about How-To-Start-Trusting. Questions: How can I start trusting my innate guidance system? How can I make it easy for myself to believe in abundance rather than continue thinking about the lack of it, which in itself will keep it out of reach for me? Answer: Regarding how to understand and trust our guidance system - its covered in a previous post, HERE And now I'll explain what is Essential to create a "new desirable belief" about something wanted: The belief of for example "abundance being avaliable for us" (or anything else we desire)- this belief comes gradually with DAILY practice of DELIBERATLY feeling good.. until this practice becomes natural enough for it to turn into an hourly/minutely practice ..which is A HABIT... :))) cuz when doing that you get EVIDENCE which will make it undeniable to believe.. you start to really understand your guidance system and feel your way there.. the feeling of abundace is EQUAL to feel EASE or APPRECIATION.. So start practicing feeling good, ask yourself how you would like to feel and GET THERE emotionally.. and do it consistantely.. THE EVIDENCE of that CONSISTENT practice (FOR the deliciouness you get out of the practice of feeling good only!!!) will bring you to UTTER TRUST and BELIEF... ♥ So, how do I deliberatly feel good? There are alot of practices and processes that can work for you although the Essential ingredients are the following: 1. DECISION that you want to feel good deliberatly! 2. ACTING FROM THE PLACE OF THE DECISION Since number one is in place (the decision) you will be easy on yourself and go gradual and you will start by applying a process or technique for at least 30days in a row. And from there gradually increase your feel-good-ability exponentionally. The more relaxed you are about it, the easier it will be for you to get into a feeling good place. And inlcuded in this decision to feel good deliberatly is that you are letting yourself, everyone and everything "off the hook" - that is you are letting yourself feel good FOR THE AWESOME feeling of EMPOWERMENT. You notice FAST improvement aswell as a knowledge of that you CAN change how you feel about any subject. TRUST and BELIEF will be VERY natural for you when getting a hang of that :))) Have FUN.. and use any process/technique you feel good about.. its not about the technique as such.. its all about the essentials above!!!

Q & A: "How can I generate the energy from the heart?"

My last post was about me setting intentions for next morning and the day to come, and how Powerfully Effective it has affected my life the past days. I had a similar day today aswell. I got some questions relating to this that I'd like to answer as a post, since many have similar questions! So one of the Questions was "How can we generate energy from the heart? Because that is where everything emanates? Any affirmations or mantras you use?" And here is what I answered and that I'd love to share with you relative to this question: To generate the energy from the heart is to ask yourself How you would like to feel - and FIND that feeling, taste that feeling, just for the deliciousness of it..! It can be in general ..and that is what I did with the intentions.. I set an intent to FEEL a certain way the next morning/the next day (that is BEFOREHAND).. but if that feels too advanced.. just ask yourself in the moment (like right now), "how would I love to feel right now?".. and then just find a memory/thought or such that makes you feel that way.. - THAT is generating energy from the heart.. imagining or finding something that reminds you of how it was to feel THAT WAY.. the way you'd love to feel right now.. and BAM.. you're there.. You can do it anytime you like, and as many times a day or an hour as you like.. :))) Have FUN :))) Heart energy is letting the heart lead, your emotions, instead of your mind.. and that is exactly what is done when you just deliberatly CHOOSE a feeling,.. through first asking yourself how you would want to feel.. and then for example finding a memory when you felt that way.. Cuz we ALL have a memory of a certain feeling.. And if you want to feel abundant and then think "I have never had abundance" (for example).. then find a memory where you felt just very happy.. it can be an In Love feeling or such.. cuz that is THE SAME FEELING AS ABUNDANCE.., Feeling really good.. is feeling the feeling of health, abundance, friends, good relationship, etc.. so just find a memory of feeling GOOD.. that is all.. :))) Make it easy for yourself.. :))) Any good feeling memory will do, I mean, in case you try to convince yourself that you have never felt the way you want to right now... That is - the heart energy is just a few seconds away for you!!!! :))) Mantras for heart-opening: Really you can use any mantra, becasue what mantra does is to bring your attention from the mind and to the heart. Mantra is THE BRIDGE, cuz Mantra means both mind and heart, same word "manas" for both - and Mantra is a tool given to bring us to the heart, from where to then act. Any mantra can bring you "from the mind to the heart", since it is a bridge - a tool.. And of course I can suggest a mantra for you if you like - a mantra considered "especially" for opening your heart: "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya" Blessed Be and Have FUN.. Having FUN - IS living from the Heart Center too by the way :))) Ps. Some of the intentions I'm setting in the evening, there are examples in the previous post :)))

The Five Most Delicious Days Yet

Oh, I'm soo thrilled about my life right now! I've had the most fabulous days and I've had them On-Purpose! What do I mean with that? Well, LOL.. As you might know already I started an experiment on myself some time ago, and the aim was to see if it was possible to be happy under any and all conditions.. and this experiment has blossomed into a really lovely way of living! So I've understood by "trial and error" experience how the Universe/The World/My reality respond to how I feel, and as I wrote recently, I have a guidance system that is guiding me towards all my desires - and well, so does everyone, even though it seems not many have figured out how to use it. Read more HERE about that :))) So, when I had started to figure out and had experienced how my reality responds to my mood and expectations, I played around with changing my expectations about things.. and I found out how to go about it, to make a difference that played out in my reality. Pretty Cool Stuff... So now when I've gotten to a confident place and know how I can play around with my emotions and expectations to get different results.. I do, on a daily basis. And I've come to know how it really is ONLY me making it easy or hard for myself to live this life LOL!!! Recently, I wanted to play around some more with the concept of "EASE", and daily-life-ease.. which kinda commonly seems like "impossible" under certain circumstances.. so I've stretched my experiment to that.. To Experience a Deeper Sense of Empowerment Regarding Creating EASE for myself in daily life. And really, I've come to a place where I already experience WAY more ease than I used to, and regardless situation I can handle it. Anyway, for the FUN of it I wanted to, even more, refine my Empowerment on that subject.. So, I did some "work" about a current situation, where I had felt less ease and more of a "time-pressure" etc, and made myself feel better about it. And as I felt better about it, I realized that it has been kinda a general pattern of mine to see lack of time and ability, and even though I'm having a fabulous life right now, there can still be a little uncomfiness on that subject. So as I let myself think in another way about it, it felt REALLY good, and some yummy ideas came into my head. I had heard way back that one actually can "prepave", set intentions, beforehand ..that is to create an expectation of something wanted... and I hadn't really tried it much before.. mostly cuz I kinda "forgot" about it, but really it was cuz I kinda thought it seemed too simple and too good to be "true".. I was still stuck in the "you can't change what-is" LOL.. so now as I got these ideas, it felt so nice, and I eagerly started to - for fun - set intentions for the next day as I went to bed.. Things like "I intend to get a good nights sleep, and wake up eager and rejuvinated in the morning, feeling really good and I intend to have a day filled with ease, where it feels like I have all-the-time-in-the-world and I have a clear mind so every task will seem easy" ..and more specific things like "I intend that the photos that will be taken of me tomorrow will turn out really good" or "I intend to feel ease and interest as I do my homework and I intend to get time over to do other things aswell".. And as I stated these things in the evening, the first evening I kinda did it for the fun of seeing what might happen. And I kinda actually expected it to have an impact since I've been experiencing so many other things regarding this. And well, TODAY it is my 5th day since I started this AND I'm REALLY experiencing a RIDICULOUS EASE, ALL DAY and EVERYDAY since, LOL!!! Frickin-BAM!!! Some examples, I woke up feeling fabulous EVERY DAY, even though I had what I usually consider "way too few hours of sleep" two of these days. I also have had (EVERY DAY and THE WHOLE DAY) an incredible FLOW in traffic, at school, with homework.. my brain has been functioning optimally, EVERYTHING feels like a "non-issue" LOL.. doing more things and feeling near to no-strain, its not about the "shoulds", everything comes very naturally and ideas pop into my head at the utterly perfect timing which makes it all even more like effortless-ease. LOL, actually I felt like I WANTED to sleep the other day, and I didn't really feel tired, just very good and happy - so I set an intention to "fall asleep swiftly tonight" (as I was in bed wondering if I would sleep at all lol), AND BAM, so I did, right after that intention-setting!!! LOL ...FAST results!!! And also, I had intended to wake up 5min before the alarm.. (cuz I really LOVE the feeling of waking up by myself, and feel completely rested).. and SO I DID, and of course feeling GREAT and eager to start my ease-filled day!!! I also feel kinda lighter/more energy/less strain than I usually do..and well, I have felt kinda invincible before, but now I feel a new world of opportunities open up.. cuz it seems I can impact DETAILS in my life..which I thought before was kinda "static" or kinda "non-impactable" or "hard to improve".. and THAT is an incredible feeling of invincibility.. A new level of KNOWING what really IS possible, a new level of Self Empowerment. The Power each of us have innately, it is MAGNIFICENT. I feel humble and deeply appreciative of having figured out the How-To impact my reality, also feeling fabulous about applying it - it THRILLS me how wonderful this Universe is. And how All Really Is Utterly WELL!!! :))) LOVE to all, live The Dream!!! Muah!!!
