{Love Made} Raw Chocolate With Hazelnuts, Sultanas & Cardamom ~ Mouth Melting!

This recipe is ridiculously easy, as many other recipes on here. Raw Chocolate can be made using different fats, like cocoa butter or coconut oil. In this recipe coconut oil is used, which makes it melt in your mouth :))) I LOVE THAT! All ingredients in this recipe can be made with either raw, organic or regular versions, feel free to make it the way it pleases you and according to what you have available. The texture is like that of "chocolate truffles" :)))
***
Raw Chocolate With Hazelnuts, Sultanas & Cardamom
1dl (approx 1/2 cup) cacao powder
3/4 dl (approx 1/3 cup) coconut oil at room temperature
3/4 dl honey, I used a pretty firm textured honey, i.e. not a runny kind
About 1-2 handfuls of hazelnuts & sultanas, feel free to add more or less according to your taste...although with balance since it will tend to fall apart with to much stuff in it, logically :)
Cardamom to taste, grinded or freshly grinded
pinch of salt, to taste
***
Hay House, Inc 468x60
Using a spoon or a food processor, mix the cacao, the room temperatured coconut oil and the honey until blended fully (add cardamom too if you want, I added it afterwards which makes it taste fully chocolate AND cardamom in some parts at the top of each bite...). Scrape it all into a container of choice, or divide it into portion cups. Then add the hazelnuts and the sultanas, pressing them into the gooey chocolate. Add cardamom (if not already) to taste on top of it all, and press that too down into the chocolate. Now, it's time to harden, in the freezer. It will harden super quick if you've put small amounts into portion cups (like 5 minutes), and if you put the whole thing into a bigger container it will take longer, approx 30 minutes. If you made a big chunk, you can take it out when hardened and cut it with a sharp knife into desired sizes. Store them in the freezer or in the refrigerator, to have them ready to enjoy anytime you please. They start becoming loose kinda quickly (you noticed that you had time to cut them up, so you know its not THAT quickly...) in room temperature due to the melting point of the coconut oil, so take them out just prior to enjoying them :) I'm finding that very practical, always handy even if in the freezer! They become soft and melts in the mouth, which I'm finding extraordinarily delicious! I'd say they're better than the regular "chocolate truffles"...YUM, enjoy :)))

{Love Made} Seed Crackers With Mini Leeks & Lemongrass ~ Super Yummy And "Raw" :)

A ridiculously easy & delicious recipe, these crackers are naturally gluten free and can be made Raw or not, however you desire them :)))
Seed Crackers With Mini Leeks & Lemongrass
1/2 cup (approx 1 dl) sesame seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
3/4 flax seeds (approx 1,5 dl)
mini leeks (miniature version of a leek), two tiny ones or one regular, chopped in a food processor (NOTE: raw leek/onion/garlic gives a rather strong taste, also it's individual how strong you want the onion-taste of the cracker, feel free to experiment)
herbal salt or your favorite salt, I used "Trocomare"
water to cover the seeds (optional: I used some water and some lemongrass tea)
Hay House, Inc 468x60
Pour all seeds in a bowl or similar, stir to blend them beautifully. Add water to cover all seeds (just enough to cover!). I actually used partly some lemongrass "tea", lemongrass in a tea ball in warm water, then using only the water... so feel free to do that. Let sit for about 30 minutes. Add more water if starting to harden up. Then let sit for however long you want, for raw crackers you might want to let them sit overnight. If you want the fast version - then right after it has gotten "thick" due to the flax seeds creating a gel (which is why they can stick together as a cracker)...spread it out on a teflex or baking sheet to let it dry in the oven at lowest temperature, or in a dehydrator if you have one. I used the oven, and let it dry overnight. Then I turned it in the morning and since mine was almost done, I let it stay in the oven during the day - even if I turned it off. It's done when dry, so depending on how think you make it or what kind of drying method you use, it takes more or less time. When dry, break it up into desired sizes. And enjoy with your favorite spread... I had my first crackers with thick avocado slices on top... YUM :)))

Day 15 ~ Soaring With Love

Reached Day 15 of the current Molding Reality Extravaganza :))) LOVING IT as usual!!! (Details HERE, feel free to get inspired and mold your own reality)... It's a powerful reality molder in so many ways!! Gets me clear on the situation and what I prefer and what benefits I already can see about the current (or less preferred) situation. It's a wonderful way to sooth and on the heels of that, MOLD the reality into the preferred one... very effortless.. Sweet!!! What I adore about this effective way to change whatever circumstance into the preferred version - is how EFFORTLESS and JOYFUL it is. That's the best part... no more sweating it :))) YAY!!! Celebration beforehand !!! Have a GREAT weekend, LOVE!!!

{Love Made} Gingerbread Flavoured Mudcake Fudge ~ Raw

Delicious Mudcake/Fudge... Made up the recipe the other day, super easy to make!
2 cups fresh dates (pitted)
4 tablespoons coconut oil
2 tablespoons honey
1 teaspoon vanilla seeds
1 1/2 tablespoons "gingerbread spices"
2/3 cup cacao
2 pinches of salt
a squirt of lemon juice
adding later: 2/3 cup almonds
cacao for topping
Hay House, Inc - 445x90
Hay House, Inc 468x60
Using a food processor or similar, mix all ingredients except the almonds which will be added later. Let them mix until gooey, then place it all on a baking sheet and add the almonds (crush them some first if you want) and spread them out evenly and pressing them into the cake. You might need to grease your hands before doing this. If is sticking to your fingers alot (depends how dry your dates were before you mixed them, some are pretty juicy and will make a stickier dough), then add another baking sheet on top and press out the dough until desired thickness. Put it in the freezer to set, about 1 hour or at least 30minutes. Then take it out and cut in desired sizes and shapes with a sharp knife(I made them bite sizes, like fudge). Sift some cacao powder on top of each one (I used a "tea ball" to sift the cacao). Enjoy!

{Love Made} Gingerbread Cookies (Raw)

Christmas is near and I recently got inspired to make a cheesecake where I changed the crust of that recipe to a ginger-cookie variation, and it was completely divine!!! So I thought - why not modify it some to make Raw Gingerbread Cookies (Naturally gluten free)... So I did :)
Hay House, Inc - 445x90
Hay House, Inc 468x60
Alright, let's get started -
Raw Gingerbread Cookies (makes around 40 smaller hearts)
1/2 cup (approx 1dl) almonds
1/4 cup (approx 1/2 dl) walnuts
1/2 cup (approx 1 dl) chopped dates
1 tablespoon honey
1 teaspoon flax seed (grind them before adding)
1 1/2 teaspoon water
1 teaspoon or more to taste cardamom
1 teaspoon or more to taste cinnamon
approx half a teaspoon or more to taste cut fresh ginger
pinch of salt
Before starting, grind the flax seeds (if not already) and soak them in the water until soaked up - add more water if necessary. This will bind the cookies together so you want to get the flax seeds "activated" since there is not much liquid in the rest of the dough. Then, using a blender/ food processor to make a "flour" of the nuts, adding the chopped dates, the spices, the flax seed "paste". Adding the honey last, this will also make the dough stick together.
Now try it out, squeeze some between thumb and index finger to make sure it sticks together and taste it to see if some more spices or more honey would be appropriate for your taste. When satisfied - mold the dough with the hands until firm and place it in between two baking sheets to roll it out (with a rolling pin or similar) to a thin layer. Then use any gadget you fancy (I used hearts) to shape the cookies. Then put them on baking sheets in an airtight container, and let them harden in the freezer. (See below if you want to make them dry/crisper.) So, now you have some yummy and healthy Raw Ginger Bread Cookies ready to enjoy them anytime you fancy (might not even take a minute or two for them to be ready to eat, directly from the freezer - since made so thin). If you want them thicker, or if you don't have the time to make them thin - then just make the dough into a log and cut cookies with a knife. Press them each to compact them, so they stick together fully. Voilà :)))
Ps. If you want to make them crisp, you could probably stick them in your dehydrator for (quite) a while, I haven't tried that yet, although would be interesting to see how they turn out that way! I LOVE them just as they are... even though they are not crack-able as a regular gingerbread cookie.. :))) Feel free to experiment! I'm setting half of this batch in the oven at lowest temperature overnight to see how they are in the morning... :))) And they turned out EVEN BETTER, if possible... the thickness and sizes I had dried in about 16 hours in my oven at lowest temperature... I couldn't resist waiting more.. ate them right out of the oven...so making them even more crisp is probably possible if anyone has the patience :)))

{Love Made} Strawberry-Filled-Yummy-Bite RAW

Oh My, feeling the benefits of this new challenge - "Reality Molding Extravaganza" (details click HERE), feeling fabulous :))) And this morning I did FOUR different raw food snacks/desserts, cause I really LOVE having these really delicious treats ready to enjoy anytime :))) I made a new batch of the superyummy cheesecake (recipe HERE) where I changed it some and added some ginger-cookie-flavor to the crust, and as last time I made portions in muffin cups (these can then be divided in smaller bites if desired, cause it's quite filling)!!! And the ginger-cookie-inspired base was incredible - ALOT better than the regular crust recipe... OMG!!! Then I made brownies, which I shaped into smaller cookie-sizes to store in the freezer. I also made another kind of dessert with cashew-ice-cream and blueberry-cardamom-ice-cream layered on top of eachother.. And finally I made some delicious balls of almond and hazelnut dough filled with strawberry puree :) The inspiration for the recipe was found HERE, which I modified a little bit :)
Hay House, Inc - 445x90
Hay House, Inc 468x60
Sounds like it would have taken alot of time, huh? There recipes are REALLY quickly made. I prepared the amounts of everything beforehand, but not cause of the time, but cause I was inspired last night and it was too late to turn on the blender and make noise :))) Alright, here comes the recipe for the strawberry-filled-yummy-bites!
Strawberry-Filled-Yummy-Bites
Dough:
1/2 cup (approx 1dl) almonds
1/2 cup hazelnuts
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon water
Filling:
1/2 cup strawberries + 1 teaspoon grinded flax seed
Coating:
Shredded coconut
Begin with the strawberries and the grinded flax seed, using a blender to mix them, then let it sit while making the dough: Make a flour of the nuts in a blender (I used one with an S-blade). Then add honey and water - blend until sticking together. Remove from the blender and form/roll into a log and cut in desired sizes, rolling them into balls. Make a hole in each in which to pour some filling. Fill them all with the strawberry-flax-seed puree and coat the dough part with coconut flakes. READY to enjoy!!!

Day 4 ~ This Moldable Reality Rocks - Fastest Results Ever On All Kinds Of Subjects!

"These are the fastest 'real time' results I've ever experienced [with molding reality, on purpose]."
Hay House, Inc.
Hay House, Inc. 468x60
Today is Day 4 of the current challenge ~ Reality-Molding-Extravaganza! I knew what it was about when naming it as always, I had been testing it out. And kazaam what a magnificent one this time!!! I've never been so satisfied with a process of allowing as this one.... and well, it always gets better so gotta brace myself for whats coming now!!! Sheer joy and confidence, and everything about life is so freakin MOLDABLE! In LOVE with this new process, so easily done and in no time... feeling acquired and on the heels, the evidence! Well really, the first evidence is always when finding a kind of relief, a better feeling about the subject. But now when I say evidence, I mean the "touchable" or similar, depending on the subject! These are the fastest "real time" results I've ever experienced. Near to EACH one I've done (some days I've used it on several subjects) - has already come into FORM, which means I don't "only know it" or feel it... it is ALREADY "alive" and present in my experience :) I mean, I've been able to create a fabulous feeling on all subjects in pretty short times before, and the "real time" is always following sooner or later... but this time it really has shown in a couple of minutes, in a couple of hours. The longest one took somewhat less than 2 days until I noticed it as "done in real time". Fastest Results Ever, on all kinds of subjects!!! And now I mean, that this is all DELIBERATE molding, on purpose!!! It's A LOT of FUN... naturally :)))

New 30 Day Challenge ~ Reality-Molding Extravaganza

My Source, the effectiveness of these challenges are of immense proportions. And it's sooo much fun to get to know how this Universe operates, and based on that real-time-experience KNOW how to mold reality. Somewhere at the end of every challenge I get insights on how to proceed from there, and it's an adventure to apply it and feel it..and then, as a direct consequence - GET IT :))) I'm especially excited about the new combo-exercise I came up with recently after being inspired to act in certain ways on a few subjects and got FAST results on ALL of them... If you're new to this, please feel free to exchange these exercises, if feels too advanced - and come back to it whenever feeling inspired. Click HERE if you're NEW to this, and wanting an alternative beginner-challenge!!! :)))
Sweet Life :)))

James Twyman - The Proof Online Course
Beginning November 9th! Or whenever you fancy enjoying it :)))
1. Evening Exercise [Before going to sleep] Count your Blessings Of The Day That Passed, and make a list in your mind about the most wonderful things happened. It can be ANY small thing that gave you delight :)
2. Morning Exercise [First-Thing in the morning] Appreciate whatever comes to mind, and what is ahead during this day/week/month. Stay with this for minimum 1-2 minutes.
3. During-The-Day Exercise [written in two parts] The new Combo-Exercise This exercise consists of two parts, and will optimize your allowing regarding the subject at hand. Every time you desire something, there is a "less preferred" alternative, which can be the current circumstance, or just an alternative that is less wanted than the preferred. This happens EACH time you feel that you want something. The purpose of this exercise is to "make peace" with the less preferred, to make way for the preferred or new. So lets say you want a new car? You might notice that you're justifying why you want a new one, and maybe you start pointing out all the things you do NOT like - all of which the new one you want would "solve". Alright. So THIS would slow the process down. And now I'll demonstrate how to make this all feeling lighter. Let's give the example of the desire of a new car, and that you have one already that is not the best in this world. Part A: FIRST (written) state the WHAT and the WHY including the feeling place of the preferred (in this case the new car that you desire). When this part feels GOOD, and you've stated the feeling place of WHAT and WHY - then proceed to Part B: where you take the current or alternative situation (in this case The Current Car, that is yours) - and state the POSITIVE ASPECTS of this "current/less preferred" ... and this too shall take you to a place of feeling GOOD about this current situation/less preferred, so please feel free to go as general as you need to - to feel GOOD about it. When done with both Part A and B, leaving you feeling good, and maybe even gotten to a place where you feel like you'd be as happy with that current/less preferred as the preferred. Then HIGH-10, done, now do something else that you want or need to, continuing your day :)))
YAY!!!
