1 medium to large sized banana (mashed)
1 tablespoon Hemp Protein
1 handful Quinoa Puffs
1 pinch of salt
cardamom & Love!Mix all ingredients & fry them in desired shapes (I made three smaller ones out of this batch) - serve while fresh with your favorite topping!
I choosed Coconut oil for the pan, and topped with fresh blueberries, hemp seeds & some sour cream!
