Day 1 of "Blow-My-Own-Mind" Challenge ~ Woozaa!!!

Yay, at it again! A new challenge and it's soooo much FUN!!! I've prepared for my Bounce-story with selecting a subject and writing "BOUNCE" on top of a piece of paper, as a reminder to write it! This morning as I woke up, I remembered to start the Appreciation...LOVE starting my day this way. Looking forward to having to stop myself if engaging in something (even mind-talk) that doesn't feel good, this is a fabulous way of fine-tuning! So this morning after the appreciation I did some really-good-feeling yoga practice, stayed in savasana with delicious music by Wah! flushing over my body...yum! Then I found some more yummy music to enjoy, and went singing into the kitchen to do the dishes and make a morning smoothie... today I used...
Love + Song + Mango + Blueberries + Apple + 1 tbsp Hemp Protein + 5 Para nuts
[para nut is not really a nut I've read... here is the latin name: Bertholle´tia exce´lsa]
Some of the mango I had frozen, and it was about double amount of mango than blueberries... and a third of a small apple.. The mango gives it a creamy touch and feel free to use more of the frozen as it becomes more like an icecream.. and the apple gave it a very refreshing touch, and I added it to the blender last, so some crunchy pieces were left... yum! Feel free to add water or other liquid like coconut water until desired thickness! I topped with apple, hemp seeds and pumpkin seeds... AND sang as I prepared it - that's my favorite way of making food!

New 30-day "Blow My Own Mind" Challenge ~ Get Ready To Embark!

I've been asked to share a new challenge, so I will! I've got a lot of favorites to choose from and for me it will be a continuation from the last ones, read more about it HERE! So the theme for me this time will be fine-tuning! And I'll share some instructions and add some of the things I've found very helpful before, but have gone beyond already. One thing that is VERY powerful is Appreciation, deliberately and actively appreciate! So this will be part of it! Another thing is to NOTICE what went well today & write it down. (this one is especially helpful and effective if you are new to this!!) Then, there is something I'd like to add, that I've been practicing for quite a while, especially during the Playfulness-Challenge... and this is to refrain to express myself about what is "not-going-as-I-want-it-to". I found it VERY powerful, although a little tricky in the beginning to apply. If this feels really awkward, if you are new to this - concentrate on finding a consistent habit of appreciation first, including for yourself. That will make it much easier. This time around I'd also love to incorporate a lovely thing I did some time ago, and it's to express the "bouncing place" of unwanted situations. If you are familiar with the teachings of Abraham Hicks, this would be explained as "Write about what is in your vortex on the subject"... which means, that you're writing about the situation in a way that feels good to you - and describing the "opposite"... in the sense that you already know what you don't want and THAT made it clear what you actually WOULD LOVE to experience instead. THAT part goes into the story. Write it as you get into the groove of it, make it feel as much "yours" as possible. And if the subject is too "hard", then leave it for awhile, find something easier to "Bounce" on. So HERE WE GO, presenting the :
* Evening exercise: Write about what went RIGHT today (leave the rest out, so if you currently write about your day describing both joy and frustration, take a break from that during this period!)
* Morning exercise, first thing: Appreciate whatever comes to mind, begin with your pillow, bed linen, bed room, the new day etc... and move on from there.. Aim for at least ONE MINUTE, and get in the appreciation-feeling of it! And feel free to do it longer, or a-lot-longer if that feels delicious and easy!!!
* During the day, generally: be mindful about how you are picking what to talk about, what to write - what you get triggered by to engage in. And every time you find yourself engaging in something that does not feel good, mindfully and gently (be easy on yourself, this is an adventure) - leave the conversation/leave the text/leave the engagement in unfairness or whatever it was that triggered you... and focus ELSEWHERE. (if you notice yourself engage again, gently repeat this and focus elsewhere)
* During the day, specifically: Sit down to write the "Bounce"-story, about a subject that feels uncomfortable at the moment. (but at least writable!) Find what it is about it that makes it feels uncomfortable and BOUNCE right away, by acknowledging how you would LOVE to feel in this situation instead. Note that this is about finding the "bounce" place, so just briefly touch on the unwanted subject, with the aim of finding the "opposite" feeling-place.. then expand from there. This exercise will be less than 1% focus on the unwanted... I'm clarifying this, since it's opposite to the "mainstream" way to approach things :))) Write about it in general terms, and focus on the feeling you want to create as well as "how would this situation look like if it'd change to my preferences right now?"
All this should feel enjoyable while you are at it, might be you have to "make yourself" do it, but the relief and the benefit emotionally should show itself shortly! Alright, EVERY SINGLE DAY for 30-days, starting TOMORROW on the 7th of September. Check it right now - where you've got some pens and paper! Ready? Steady? Enjoy!

{Love Made} Hemp-Banana-Pancakes

These pancakes I did this morning, after 2 hours of yoga practice & a strawberry smoothie! EASY to make & Super-yummy-licious, of course :))))
Recipe
1 medium to large sized banana (mashed)
1 tablespoon Hemp Protein
1 handful Quinoa Puffs
1 pinch of salt
1 egg
cardamom & Love!
Mix all ingredients & fry them in desired shapes (I made three smaller ones out of this batch) - serve while fresh with your favorite topping!
I choosed Coconut oil for the pan, and topped with fresh blueberries, hemp seeds & some sour cream!

Woozaaa ~ Love Feeling On-Top !!!

The other day I shared some of my yum-schedule and I'll continue some today :))) Since the day is not over yet, I'll also share what's to come... I'm feeling REALLY GOOD as always, and excited to see what will be up as my next "blow my own mind challenge" :))) Read more about it HERE if you haven't been on any of the mind-adventures to self-empowerment-delux !!! Feeling on-top-of-the-world...
* Began with 1h yummy yoga practice including breath-of-fire and twisting poses, and stayed in savasana while enjoying "namo namo" by Ram Dass ... and I couldn't help myself to start singing cuz I love it... so..
* ...continued with some singing practice, singing along to some delicious tracks...
* ...and after a while I continued singing but went into the shower and did a quick oil-massage from head-to-toe right before the shower... while I continued singing....
* ..then out to the kitchen to make some "Love Made" food... today I prapared a sweet (raw) yummy treat to start my day... (Strawberries, cashews, dates, vanilla, coconut oil and agave - mixed all together in a blender... half of it I enjoyed right away and the rest I put in the fridge to enjoy later) It was VERY VERY YUMMY!!!!
* Back home later on I made zucchini pasta (raw pasta) with a very delicious sauce (also raw)... (tasty small tomatoes, dried tomatoes, carrot, walnuts, garlic, cummin, coriander, cayenne, salt - mixed it with a blender until desired texture.. almost kinda like "minced meat") Enjoyed the sauce with the zucchini pasta and a spoonful of coconut salsa (1 part turkish yogurt + 2 parts shredded coconut + salt) ... and for dessert I ate the strawberry-treat from this morning!! What a lovely meal :)))

So what's up for the rest of the day we'll see, but probably I'll practice some tabla (hand-drums) and enjoy some pranayama, maybe some more yoga and/or meditation too.. Might draw some, we'll see what I'm up for... Feeling Good is the best ingredient in a "successful" day :))) Yum!!!

The Yum-Schedule Of Today

I've been asked what I do everyday to keep myself vibrant and happy, what are my favourite things to do... As you already know I've been sharing my fun-&-playful-challenges with you, which is to mold my reality... [Read more HERE] ...well, I'm already happy-no-matter-what... so what do I do when I'm happy? What do I love to do on a daily basis? Right now I'm for the most part following inspiration, but I'm actually very prone to some things on a daily basis anyways, so I thought I'd share some of what I call "the yummies" of the day...
* Began with 1 hour yoga, including "breath of fire" which is a great cardio workout.. but I've also noticed it is EXCELLENT for improving voice practice too [fast increase in ability to lenghten the outbreath, i.e. holding/playing around with a note] !!!
* 15 minute of meditation, today I used the mantra "yum" which corresponds to the heart chakra... very appropriate, lol!
* prepared some yummy food, "love-made" food as I say, that is a lovely "daily practice" too, to make food mindfully and deliberatly include love... Alot of times I sing while preparing it...
* voice practice using harmonium & tabla, did about 1,5 hours today, it's lovely to feel the voice stretching
* yoga practice, about 35 minutes, twists and armbalaces
The day is not over, I'll probably read some in my recent arrived yoga magazine while lying I'm on my bed-of-nails-mat... That's some inspiration for you, I've felt inspired to use my bed-of-nails-mat the past week, it has been gathering dust since last time I used it... about 18 months ago.. someone reminded me of it, so I got it out again! It's actually quite nice, every once in a while :)))

SUPER EMPOWERMENT DELUX

After three 108-day Game Challenges in a row... (yes, that's DAILY for almost a whole year), I've noticed how clear my "Inner Voice" has become for me. I noticed effect already the first days and week, and the improvements never end...(!!!) I've been following my inspiration with more and more confidence during this time, and I ADORE the results of this period. It has made a PROFOUD effect on my knowledge about how this universe works, how powerful I am as a creator of my experiences, how Wellbeing and Love always abounds, how superclear and effective my mind can be, how I am the boss of my body/thoughts/cirumstances/situations!!! I was already Empowered and felt fabulous BEFORE I started this, but even though I was...
This has been a very profound SUPER-EMPOWERMENT-DELUX!!! There is no end to the Magnificence, The Genious !!! WOW :)))

The past week I've been inspired to enjoy some raw food (again)... actually I did my first Raw Food "cooking classes" in the beginning of 1990.. LOL.. and I'm really enjoying the experimenting of it, on and off, since then!! Anyhow, the past week I've tried some new recipes again and been having time to experiment some more. I love all kinds of food, and I'm following inspiration for which food to pick and when. There are several yummy recipes on this blog... one recent VERY YUMMY (OMG! I've used this one as spread, as pasta sause both for regular pasta and "raw" pasta.. next time I'll make some crackers out of it.. but for now it's very finished.. ♥ A True Kick-Starter :)))

Hampa-Superfruit-Smootie... ♥ True Kick-Starter :)))
* A handful of almonds (about 20) * the flesh of 2 small nectaries (or peaches) * half of a tablespoon mesquete * 1 tablespoon hampa protein * 1 tablespoon supergreens mix (wheatgrass, spirulina and mint) * some raspberries (fresh or frosen)
... blend and add water until desired thickness, pour into a beautiful glass & sprinkle some hampa seeds on top... Enjoy ! ♥

OMG ~ Lick-The-Bowl-Delicious

Yum, I just did a very yummy sause ... Very simple..
1 handful of almonds + a piece of carrot + sundried tomatoes in oil (approx 5) + some oil from the tomatoes + 1 garlic clove + basil + salt
Mix together until becomes a paste (if you need, add to make it your preferable thickness)... Can be used as RAW spread, RAW pasta sause.. or even dehydrated ~ it can turn into some yummy crackers...
I used it with some warm pasta.. and it was too DELICIOUS to not clean the bowl with my finger when done... Oh MY!!! :)))

Made some lovely things inspired by Renee Voltaire in these days.. Just enjoyed a glass of creamy turkish yogurt with homemade toppings... Buckweat Crunch, Fig Butter and Almond Butter...All RawFood-Style... that was VERY YUMMY together ♥ Freakin YUM!!!! All toppings are made with recipes from Renees latest cookbook, that is now avaliable in English !! Highly Recommended :))) I've done alot of her stuff in the past two years, and EVERYTHING I've tried from this book is DELICIOUS and most things are very easily made too :))) ...there are ALOT of recipes and alot of the ones I've already tried, I've remade over and over... ♥♥♥

Day 108 Celebration

Wow, it's already Day 108 of my third 108-day-fun-challenge so far!!! I can not imagine where all this will take me, it has already made my life a WONDERLIFE... fun-packed, delight-packed and with all kindsa super-personal surprises, I'm feeling sooo ADORED by this Universe!!! I hope you've had a wonderful ride yourselves during these days, or however many days you did! The fun is neverending, and evolving into new even more mind-blowing things! Only the past month has been very transformational for me in a rather cool way, lol, so I'm filled with awe about how MAGICAL these "challenges" are :))) It is also so awesome how the "magical" & "miracle" of life are my new "normal" and equally predictable. Some things are not even worth telling people, its too fairy tail how it comes together..lol..so some of the goodies I keep for myself or share with my insiders that already have personal experience and know very well what wonders are possible. The new "gossip" hahaha!!! It is ALL possible, and the KNOWING, the personal experience of UNDERSTANDING the unlimited potential of each one of us, WOW, just WOW... there are not words to describe it! Experience it for yourself, play with it, experiment, the "work" is SO DARN SIMPLISTIC it seems like non-sense LOL, but I cannot even describe in words the power of these "techniques"... one just gotta try em for emselves :))) yo!!! Wayantee Mantra {includes video}

Being asked alot for more videos with my music, so here is another short video, enjoy :))) This mantra is known as one of the 7 mantras used in the singing meditaiton at the end of the morning Sadhana in the Kundalini Yoga tradition, where it is sung for 7 minutes. What About My Truths? (Q&A)

I've read "The Right Way", would you clarify why I feel bad sometimes even if I know that I am right? Shouldn't it feel empowering if I am right?
Oh, we love to explain this to you, or shall we say "REMIND" you. Because this is, so to speak, part of the whole agreement. Before coming into physical you knew the "rules of the game". One of your strongest traits is to know you are right and that you were to choose to live this life in your unique way, find your own truth. While there are many choices; some resonate more with the non-physical-perspective of how it is, some choices resonate less. That is where your emotion about it comes in. You can KNOW you are right, or "this is how-it-is" as you say. And as you feel certain about your rightness you also feel bad about it being so. It is your reminder of that there are other perspectives to choose from, others which resonate with enjoying life. You are still free to choose your truths, unconditionally free, while when you choose a perspective that resonates with the non-physical-perspective of this game you play - then you are "In Alignment" with non-physical (The Ultimate Source) and you ENJOY that current part of your life. On The Right Way

~ Oh, the love we feel for you when you make it really hard for yourselves and you want others to do it your hard-way.
Oh, the love we feel for you as you try soo hard when its really not hard. Oh, the love we feel for you when you decide which option is the only-right-one and when you try make others agree on it. Oh, the love we feel for you when we see you push against eachother where each of you firmly believe that your opinion is the only-right-way. Oh, the love we feel for you when you make it really hard for yourselves and you want others to do it your hard-way. Oh, the love we feel for you when you are so stubborn in your knowing that IT is the right thing. Yes, you are right it IS right, cuz every thing and every way is right. And this is what makes it so stubborn for you to try change others. What is right for you IS right for you. And what is right for another IS right for another, no matter how far-off it seems to you. That is the elegancy of your determination to find the VERY right thing, you came to find the very right things and ways for yourself all subjects encountered. It, though, is an individual thing. EVERYONE came to find their OWN right-thing. Hard to hear maybe. None the less, that is how it is. Everytime you condemn someone elses choice, you deprive yourself of the infinite variety of choices avaliable. How does it feel to condemn their choice? Yes, you should feel that you are right in your OWN desicion, cuz you always are right when comes to your own choices which feels best for you. Just not choose choices for anyone else, not tell them what or how to do things. It is none of your buisness. Your buisness is to choose for yourself and live it to the best of your ability. You are determant to be the ONE making choices and decisions, and YES, it is what you came for. Only thing, it counts for YOU only. You are not here to decide for anyone else, you do not know the best for anyone else. Only them can know, and it is up to them to choose fully how to live this time around. Does it feel tricky living together with others not sharing your opinions. That is where "you make it so hard on yourself" comes in. It is not hard, or should we say "you can choose to do it the natural way", which is: you choose for yourself what feels best for you, what you prefer, and live by it, while appreciating that YOU have the free choice of creating the colors on your palette painting your life. In the appreciation that YOU, yourself, have this always-free-choice ~ it comes natural for you to remember that everyone chooses for themselves exclusively. What stirs it up for you is the strong feeling of being right at all times. And you are, always, when it comes to yourself. We love you so much!!!! (August 9th 2012)

Acting From Worthiness

On Worthiness ~ When in alignment you know your worth so fully, you never ever sense accusation of any sort hence no urge to defend oneself.
You know that in alignment you always act in a cluster, its never "little you" acting - it's done in collective from a broader perspective, so "little you" doesn't know the whole picture and is never as you say responsible or blameable in the sense that we mean it. You can seem to be accused and blamed by others, but its your own story you're telling. When in alignment you know your worth so fully, you never ever sense accusation of any sort hence no urge to defend oneself. The feeling of urge to accuse and point out wrongness is always from a non-aligned state of being. The feeling of urge to defend oneself comes from that same place of non-alignment. No action can be a wrong-action in the broader sense, although it is more or less aligned as we see it and you are fully able to choose which way to act, live and respond in every circumstance. Alignment always feels lighter and freer, that is how you know the difference.( August 8th 2012)

Celebrating The Essence Of Creation {includes Video}

Yoga Demo {Video} Part IV ~ Tripod to Bakasana to Jump-Back

Tripod Headstand to Bakasana (Crow Pose) to Jump-Back This sequence is for Intermediate to Advanced practitioners who already manage a stable enough Tripod Headstand, to be able to do variations with the legs. 1. Come into a stable Tripod Headstand 2. Bend your knees to put them on the back of your upper arms 3. Shift your weight back to lift your head from the floor to come into Crow Pose 4. Mindfully come down with your head again on the floor, and lift your legs back up into Tripod Headstand 5. Repeat no.2 and no.3 to come into Crow Pose 6. From Crow Pose, activate your abdominal muscles (mula & uddiana bandha) and shoot your legs back to land in Chaturanga Dandasana (Staff Pose) Ps. Watch the previous demo HERE

Demo of Headstand variation with legs in Padmasana aka Full Lotus Pose. This sequence is for intermediate to advanced practitioners who are stable enough in their headstand, to do variations with the legs. 1. Get up into a stable Headstand 2. Bring your legs into lotus pose (or half) and then attempt lengthening/straightening the body while in full or half lotus 3. Get back into full headstand with straight legs 4.
